STARS® partners with University of Leeds

STARS ® CEO Adam Thorpe is proud to announce STARS® partnership with University of Leeds for creating STARS® plant-based patty. The partnership commenced in November 2022 and is set to create a patty which is comparable to a beef patty in terms of taste, texture and aroma as well as being whole foods based and sustainable produced. “Having such an incredible level of food science research and talent so close to where we live near Harrogate is such an incredible opportunity. University of Leeds consistently scores highly in world rankings for its Food Science programs. We are honoured to be creating STARS ® plant based patty with the University of Leeds as well as partnering on other projects with the University.” Adam Thorpe.
