How we live

I have spent most of the past 20 years in business as a property developer working closely with clients to really get to know what they need and love in their homes.  This is not simply the physical, property aspects - also the emotional ones too; community, safety, privacy, enjoyment, environment.  During the current lockdown it has become clear that clients in the future will value safety, community and also the natural environment very highly.  It is through this that we are developing ARKS, a way of living within natural environments that are the basis of a community of like minded individuals with values around nature, enjoyment and a sustainable way of life. All of this from beautiful locations starting with one near Harrogate, designed with naturally light and inspiring interior spaces, natural surroundings and incredible vistas across Yorkshire.
